This is not a medical service and does not replace professional care.

Nothing here is a diagnosis, and the site can't tell how serious things are for you. If you're worried about how you're going, you could talk with a GP or a mental health professional.

No treatment relationship

Using this site doesn't create a professional or treatment relationship between you and us. We can't see what you write, and we won't contact you to check in.

Helplines are run by others

The helplines and online chats on the helplines page are run by other organisations, not by us. Their opening hours and services are up to them and may change.

If you can't get through, try another helpline on the page or search findahelpline.com. If you're in danger now, call your local emergency number.

Links to other websites take you away from this site. Those websites are run by others, and they're responsible for them.

To the extent the law allows, this site is provided as is. We try to keep it working and its content accurate, but it may sometimes not load or have mistakes, and the content may not suit your situation.
