A suggestion when moods stay low
If you note your mood on 10 or more of the last 14 days, and every one of those days averages 'Not great' or lower, the home page will suggest someone to talk to. It shows right after a check-in, at most once every 14 days. It only uses check-ins on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
Backup
Your safety plan and check-ins go into the same backup file. Before changing phones or clearing browser data, you can save a backup file first.
